Terry Young founded A & A Contracting Services in 1989 after serving 10 years in the United States Navy. He holds DVBE, SDVBE, MBE, and DBE certifications. In over 30 years since the company’s inception, Mr. Young has managed to maintain a high level of professionalism. In spite of Mr. Young’s heavy involvement with the day-to-day operations of the business, his sons and daughter have been integral in key roles as Vice President, Department Head, and Office Manager for years.  A & A’s overall operations are run efficiently and effectively thanks to prior military discipline, strong work ethics, and a “can do” attitude. 

We specialize in General Contracting, Water damage restoration, and Plumbing. We possess inhouse capabilities in the following: Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Flooring, Door Framing, Roofing and Foundation work.
